The skull of Esquilo Anecdotes
Although coming from a noble family, he fought bravely for their country (Greece), and was recognized for his dignity, intelligence and eloquence, the playwright Aeschylus was killed in a way not very dignified, very different to the greatness that would have accrued.
According to legend, Aeschylus was killed when an eagle dropped a tortoise on his bald head. Surely eagle mistook his bald head with the rock I was looking for from their food.
